Our commitment to safety extends to ensuring that wheelchairs are properly positioned and secured during transport. We utilize a four-point strap system with two straps in the front and two in the back of the wheelchair to prevent twisting, shifting, rolling, and other risky motions. All hooks are tightened with no slack in the straps, with rear straps attached to tie-down points on the wheelchair frame below the hook and front straps secured to floor areas just wider than the wheelchair. Passengers are fastened to their wheelchairs using secured seat restraint belts, with additional seat belt restraints available in some vehicles.
