We have used America West 3 times in the last couple of months. We have used a gurney because my husband can’t sit in a wheelchair (temporarily). Every single transport was a pleasure. All the guys that have transported us have been absolutely the kindest and most thoughtful drivers. They are polite, funny and stay with us for the whole doctor's appointment.

The best drivers and vehicles in the industry. They make an extra effort to be on time or early and can offer rescue drivers as situations change, which has saved me many times. The drivers wear uniforms and in marked vans and cars. Most of the vans are Toyota Sienna's very easy to get in and out of. They have been my preferred provider for three years and they have grown as a company and their quality control and access to people on the phone are outstanding.

The attentive & customer friendly service is most superb and worthy of more than the rating given. Management and staff operate in a professional manner and represent their company brand with a level of integrity and pride seldom seen in the 21^st century.
